The No Grey Suits Club
You don't need a social media manager.
You need a sounding board, a starting point, and someone who'll actually answer your questions.
The No Grey Suits Club is a small-group monthly membership for small business owners (and the VAs they're already paying) who are sick of guessing.
You get a profile audit, a content direction map built for your actual business, branded Canva templates, and live group sessions where you can ask the questions you've been Googling at 11pm.
You're not actually bad at this. You're just trying to do it without a map.
You've watched the reels. You've read the carousels. You've bookmarked seventeen "viral hook" guides and you still open Instagram, stare at the screen, and close the app.
I get it. I really do.
Most small business owners I work with aren't lacking effort. They're lacking a system that fits THEIR business, THEIR audience, and THE time they actually have on a Tuesday afternoon between school pickup and dinner.
Hiring a social media manager is $1,500+ a month. Doing it alone is exhausting. There's been almost nothing in between.
What’s Included
A community. A real plan. Ongoing help from someone who's done this for clients for years.

THIS is the bit I’m most excited for.
See, it’s all well and good to join another membership, course, whatever, and never log in again because it’s all just on YOU to learn to do the stuff, then do the stuff.
That’s the reason for the Onramp.
It’s some stuff done FOR YOU to get you going. So you don’t feel alone, and like you’re starting from scratch.
So, what does it look like in real life?
A profile audit done by me across your active platforms (where you are, where the gaps are, what to fix first)
A set of branded Canva templates you can actually use, because they already look and feel like your business - not generic ones from Etsy.
A content direction map built FOR YOUR business - based on where you’re at, what your goals are, what your REAL capacity is and my experience working with business owners at all stages.
-
While the Onramp is AWESOME to get you started, we all know how tough it is to keep going.
Not only do you get ongoing access to a constantly updated library of how-to’s, checklists, tech tutorials and more, you get support.
Live group sessions for Q&A and coworking (yes, body doubling counts as work 🦥)
A community group where you can ask questions between sessions
A half-yearly map refresh - because your business in October isn't the same as your business in January
Here's what's NOT included, and why that's a feature
I've run this business long enough to know that "unlimited support" is the fastest way to burn out the person delivering it (me) and make members feel like they're imposing.
-
Questions go in the group, where everyone learns from your answer.
-
You don't need another notification, and my phone (and brain) already has too many tabs open.
-
Show up, ask, get answers, leave with action.
This is on purpose.
It means I can actually be present for you when you're there, instead of half-replying between school pickup and a client call.
It also means the price sits at $89pm, not $389.
This is for you if:
You run a small business and you're doing your own socials01
You've hired a VA but they're learning on the job and you need a sounding board too02
You're tired of consuming free content and ready to actually implement03
You know what to say sometimes, you just need help saying it consistently

For comparison, here's what else is out there in Australia:
- $9/month memberships (low touch, you're on your own)
- $99-$108/month memberships (group calls, no personalised work)
- $1,500+/month for a social media manager
The Club sits in the middle for a reason. You get the personalised audit, the templates, and the map - work that usually only happens inside a $1,500 retainer - inside a group structure.
Founding members get locked in at $89/month for as long as they stay. When the next cohort opens, the price goes up.
Why me?
Quick credentials, because I know you scrolled here looking for them:
Three years running No Grey Suits, working with small businesses across Australia on exactly the stuff in here
A super varied background across finance, marketing, design and strangely enough - cake-topper making and animal care
Currently completing qualifications in training and assessment, because teaching adults to do this themselves is the actual mission
A bunch of side-quest credentials in social media, public speaking, video and small business (head over to my LinkedIn to view that assortment!)
I have ADHD, two kids, two huskies, and a belief that your socials shouldn't be as hard as you think

As these are created personally, they can take a few weeks to put together.
Typically, you’ll see them back in your first 3-4 weeks, but there are certain times when they could take a little longer, such as months with a lot of public holidays (lookin’ at you, April).
