Instead of using credits, can I add an additional service? Yes, with notice. If you still want your usual number of posts to go out, but also need, say, a landing page done, I can add it to your invoice.
How does approval work? You'll get content to review before anything goes live. Nothing posts without your sign-off.
What if I want something that's not in the credit swap list? Just ask. The list is a guide, not a ceiling. If you need something that's not on there, we'll scope it together and I'll give you a credit estimate before we start.
