FAQ
What happens after I order?
Once you’ve placed your order, and uploaded your brand assets and guide to here, I’ll check out your branding as well as your existing online presence. The difference between ordering Canva templates from me and from some of the more transactional providers is the stalking getting to know your brand process that I use. In your order form, I would have asked you for some direction on what type of templates you need most, where your gaps are; i.e. testimonial templates, FAQ templates, carousel explainer templates, but then I’ll also go looking for some gaps, areas of your social media or online presence that, from an outsiders perspective, could do with filling. I’ll get a feel for your brand, for you (if you are present in your branding) and the get started on designing.
Typically, delivery is 10-14 days after you order. During this time I might touch base to ask some questions, or if I can find everything I need, I’ll just crack on.
What about revisions?
You get 2 revision rounds, which must be taken up within one month of delivery. This gives you two opportunities to provide detailed feedback on the designs, and time to sit with them to make sure you’re happy.
Additional revision rounds, or revisions after the one month window are charged at $70ea.
You’ve used features in Canva to make the templates that I’m not familiar with! Help!
No problem at all! You’ll get a super handy, fully custom, tutorial style video from me once I’m done designing, not only explaining my thought process, but also how to use any not-so-common Canva features I might have used, so you can feel confident re-using your templates again and again, and making adjustments as needed.
If there’s something not covered in that video, just shoot me a message and I’ll either point you towards a video I may already have in my library on the topic, or record you a brand new one.
What is a Reel Cover?
You know how when you visit someones Insta page, or are scrolling around and their reels always seem to have super consistent branding at the start or before you click on them, even if their actual videos look different? That’s what a reel cover is. My preference for these? Keep them fairly simple, yet eye catching, and try to always use a screen grab from the actual video as the background image. Here’s why.
