Social Media Management
If you’re looking for someone to “post X times a week” I’m probably not the right fit.
If you want a collaborative partner who actually pays attention to what’s working, understands your business, and can pivot when something works (or doesn’t) - I’m your person.
This is for you if:
• You’re sick of posting for the sake of it (or you avoid it like a vampire avoids the sun)
• You want your socials to feel aligned, human, and intentional
• You don’t want to be locked into a strategy that can’t move
• You value judgement and experience over templates
• You want someone who thinks, not just schedules
Who I work with
I work exclusively with service-based businesses.
My focus is on people-led brands, expertise-driven businesses, and services where trust, clarity, and connection matter more than polished product imagery.
My strength is helping service businesses show up clearly, confidently, and consistently online – without forcing content or chasing trends for the sake of it. Yes, I will make you show your face, and even talk to camera (😲). No I will not make you dance to the next TikTok sensation.
Strategy, without the fluff
I don’t believe in locking brands into overly rigid content strategies that look great in a PDF and fall apart two weeks later.
Instead, I work with a flexible strategic foundation – clear messaging, platform priorities, and content themes – combined with ongoing observation, research, and performance signals.
This allows us to move quickly, lean into opportunities, and adapt to what your audience is actually responding to, not just what a report from last month says we should do.
What strategy looks like here (no fluff)
Yes, I look at the numbers.
I just don’t believe in spending hours creating pretty reports that explain what already happened (and that, honestly, you can already see yourself in real-time inside Meta or LinkedIn analytics with a couple of clicks).
I use analytics as signals, not theatre – combined with:
• audience behaviour
• industry research
• platform trends
• real conversations happening now (yes, including spending entirely too much time online in places like comments, DMs, forums, and communities).
The goal isn’t a monthly PDF.
The goal is momentum.
A collaborative approach
This works best as a partnership.
You bring your expertise, ideas, and insight into your business – and a willingness to jump on camera now and then when I ask for content.
I bring my ideas, execution, and strategic judgement to your social presence.
You don’t need to micromanage, but you’re not cut out of the process either.
Think of this as an extension of your team – not an outsourced content factory.
Together, we build content that feels relevant, human, and aligned – not forced or formulaic.

Social Media Management Packages
Social Media Management – Core
For service businesses who want their socials handled properly, without overcomplicating it.
This option is ideal if you want consistent, thoughtful social media management with someone paying attention to what’s working and adjusting as we go – without needing to be involved in every detail.
What’s included:
• Social media management across 2-3 platforms
• Content planning and scheduling
• Caption writing and post creation
• Ongoing refinement based on performance and audience response
• Platform optimisation and best-practice setup
• Community engagement (comments where appropriate)
• Regular check-ins to align on priorities and ideas
Rather than locking into a rigid posting quota, this approach allows room to respond to trends, audience behaviour, and timely opportunities – while still maintaining consistency and direction.
Investment:$1,900 per month
Social Media Management – Expanded
For service businesses who want deeper collaboration, more momentum, and content that’s easier to sustain long-term.
This option suits brands who want a more hands-on, integrated approach – with greater flexibility to lean into what’s working and move quickly when something lands, or as a temporary upgrade during launch phases or busier seasons.
Everything in the Core package, plus:
• Higher content volume or additional platforms
• Deeper involvement in content direction and messaging
• Priority responsiveness and collaboration
• Greater flexibility to pivot quickly
• More proactive optimisation and refinement
This package gives us more room to build rhythm, spot opportunities early, and keep your socials feeling current – without scrambling or forcing content for the sake of it.
Investment:$2,600 per month
Optional add-on for retainer clients:
Content Creation Days
Structured sessions where we capture video and content assets in one go. You pay for the session itself. The content becomes a shared library I draw from as part of managing your socials.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a set number of posts per week?
No – and that’s intentional.
I focus on consistency, relevance, and momentum rather than hitting an arbitrary posting quota. Some weeks that might mean more content, other times less. The goal is to post well, not just often.
Do you create a formal social media strategy document?
Not in the traditional sense.
We start with a clear strategic foundation – messaging, platform priorities, and content themes – and then adapt based on what’s actually working. Social media moves too fast for rigid plans that can’t pivot.
Do you provide monthly reports?
I don’t create long, polished reports by default.
I use analytics continuously (and I mean, I’m in there pretty much daily) to guide decisions, and I’m always happy to talk through what’s working and why. If you want deeper reporting, we can discuss adding that in – but it’s not the focus.
Will I need to be on camera?
Yes – occasionally.
For service-based businesses, showing the person behind the brand builds trust faster than almost anything else. I’ll guide you on what to film and keep it practical.
No dancing. No pointing at floating text bubbles. Unless you want to, of course.
Do you manage DMs?
No.
From a customer experience perspective, I believe direct messages are best handled internally by the business. Conversations with potential clients should come from you.
I’m happy to help set up tools like ManyChat for lead magnet delivery or website enquiries, but day-to-day DMs aren’t part of my service.
Do you do product photography?
No.
I work exclusively with service-based businesses. If your brand relies heavily on styled product photography or ecommerce imagery, I’m probably not the right fit – and that’s okay.
How much input do you need from me?
Enough to keep things aligned, but not enough to take over your life.
This works best as a collaboration – you share context, ideas, and expertise, and I handle execution, structure, and decision-making.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes.
Social media takes time to build traction. A minimum commitment of three months ensures we can test, refine, and build momentum properly.
Can I start on Core and upgrade later?
Absolutely.
Many clients start with Core and move to Expanded during launches, busier seasons, or when they want deeper collaboration. We can adjust as your needs change.
How do we get started?
You can either book a short call to talk things through, or go straight ahead and sign up.
No pressure. No hard sell. Just clarity.
